I certainly agree.
Almost all 320 WTTP's at The Netherlands had installed solar and sometimes wind too. Now we think, as we are a big producer, big user and we also can convert energy i.e. power to heat, we could be a place to buid smart energy hubs. I wonder if this is a commun thought among colleagues in EU water authorities?
