Energy audits for water treatment plants

Oslo Water and Wasterwater Works are looking into conducting a thorough energy audit of our main water treatment plant.

I was therefore wondering if anyone here has examples to share of energy audits from water treatment plants? I am interested in learning more about any of the following:

- how audits are conducted
- what inputs and what outputs to use
- whether the audit has been conducted internally or with outside expertise
- relevant baselines for energy performance
- examples of energy audit reports
- examples of how the results of energy audits have been used to improve energy efficiency
- other relevant information. 

I am mainly concerned with water treatment plants at the moment, but could also be interested in similar information for wastewater treatment plants.
